Rabbit with massive mite infestation is rescued by Harvest Home Animal Sanctuary – Day 1

Harvest Home Animal Sanctuary was formed to aid homeless and abused domestic and farmed animals in the San Francisco Bay Area and the San Joaquin valley. We assist local humane societies and rescue groups with animals-primarily farmed animals-who, due to their breed, their health, or their personality, cannot be adopted into permanent homes. Our mission is to provide life-long care for these animals, and to educate the public about humane animal care and practices. We rehabilitate, both physically and psychologically, mistreated animals and, if possible, we will find appropriate homes for them. In an effort to prevent further cruelty to these animals, we educate the public on caring for companion animals as well as on issues concerning farmed animals. Harvest Home is also an official sanctuary for House Rabbit Society, based in Richmond, CA. We now are caring for 80+ rabbits, primarily rescued through House Rabbit Society, as well as through shelters and rescue organizations throughout the Bay Area. This rabbit is one of our rabbits living with us who will be rehabilitated and then adopted out into a loving home. Recorded on Harvest Home’s Riveting Flip Video camcorder.

A couple of weeks ago , we aquired a kitten that was dumped off . We took it to the vet to get it`s shots and to have it dewormed . Turned out that it had a bunch of earmites , and the earmites was causing Dizzytard to only walk in circles . The vet said it was a inner ear thing . To make a long story short the kitten is better now

Just give them a (fortnightly at least) warm bath:
    made out of :
    -Lukewarm water
    -White Vinegar a bit
-Your favorite (liquid) dish detergent a bit
mix this 3 together, stir a bit, and submerge the rabbit
(all body, but save the nose) in that bath for some time.
Than: wash away the rabbit clean with CLEAN lukewarm water,
    prepared in another box.
This is a very effective method against many parasites, and mites,
for Rabbits, Ducklings., Chickens, and all that roams the ground.

I have Many rabbits– if you have rabbits that start getting ear mites use mineral OIL ( NOT Mineral Spirits) on them it works!!!
Mineral oil, baby oil-I’ve even heard WD-40
    I know Mineral oil works
Makes ther hair look lie hell but that will go away

Since you got your current kitten from your pound, God simply is aware what conditon the girl was in once they obtained the woman’s. The lady may just require some added Loving care to create your ex a bit more powerful. Certainly get one of these brand-new mediterranean sea if perhaps she doesn’t clean up.

This kind of kitten is essentially operating your bonk from it’s spouse and children. It will jump on a speed boat as well as jet for you to The european countries whether or not this can.
