Question by catlady: HELP!!!! my kitten! heat exhaustion or dehydration?!?
i came home and my month old kitten was laying out in the sun… its hot outside and he wasnt used to the water bowl yet.. hes drinking water but hes really weak and barely lifting his head.. he cant stand up either.. what can i do from home?? there’s no vet near, and he wouldn’t make it if we tryed to take him.. please help!! what can i do??

Take him inside, and cool him off ASAP. I mean like put him on an ice pack. Then worry about dehydration.

    Definitely try to keep him out of the sun and the heat as much as you can. Lots of fluids. And see if he gets his energy back. Even if there’s not vet nearby, you can try giving a random vet’s office a call and see what advice they have for you.
